A Network Approach to Women’s Property and Inheritance Rights in the Context of HIV/AIDS: The Case of the Justice for Widows and Orphans Project in Zambia
This case study of the Justice for Widows and Orphans Project (JWOP) in Zambia describes an organizational network that came together to address a key development issue, that is, widows’ and orphans’ property and inheritance rights. The findings from this case study reflect much of what is said in the literature about why networks work and their shortcomings.
